Job summary

Michaels Stores is hiring for a Store Team Member in Tulsa, OK. You will help customers locate products, provide fast checkout, and support omni-channel services like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role includes stocking, merchandising, and ensuring a well-organized, in-stock store. You’ll engage with customers about the Rewards program, enrollment in private label cards, and participate in store operations while maintaining safety and SOP adherence.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and move throughout the store.
• Willing to work nights, weekends and early mornings.
• Comfort with cash handling and checkout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and providing solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and accurate cash handling.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Educate customers on VOC surveys and feedback processes.
• Support Omni-channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram maintenance.
• Ensure in-stock, well-merchandised store and handle returns as needed.
• Assist with shrink and safety programs and SOP adherence.
