Job summary

Michaels in Tulsa is hiring for a Store Associate to help customers find products and provide friendly service. You will check out customers, process transactions, and enroll shoppers in the Michaels Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.

You're expected to assist with stocking, unloading trucks, maintaining planograms, and keeping the store clean and well-merchandised. Availability for varied shifts including nights and weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift/move stock as needed.
• Strong communication and friendly, customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Assist with truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs).
• Support store recovery, merchandising, and in-stock conditions.
