Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking team members for a Store role in Baytown, TX. You will assist customers, help them locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

Responsibilities include promoting the Rewards program, enrolling customers, and supporting omnichannel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, while helping unload trucks and maintain stock levels in a welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Public retail store setting requires standing and mobility for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout experience and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments.
• Educate customers on VOC survey and Omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Assist with stock, planograms, and store recovery to maintain in-stock conditions.
