Job summary

Marshalls in Redwood City is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience and maintain a clean, organized store environment. You will engage with customers, process purchases, and support loss prevention and safety policies.

The role requires excellent communication, ability to multi-task, and willingness to work a flexible schedule. Prior retail experience is preferred and associates receive benefits and discounts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participates in store recovery and maintains cleanliness.
• Supports loss prevention and safety policies.
