Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate for our Marshfield, WI location. You will deliver a highly satisfactory customer experience, engage with customers, and help maintain a clean, organized store environment.

You may be cross-trained to assist in multiple areas to support store needs. Key responsibilities include embodying our customer experience philosophy, promoting credit and loyalty programs, processing transactions, and supporting store recovery and safety initiatives.

• Initiates and participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness.
• Supports store shrink reduction goals and participates in safety programs.
