Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean store environment.
• Cross-train to support multiple store areas as needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Accurately process purchases and returns and handle cash according to procedures.
• Support merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention efforts.
• Contribute to a positive store culture with integrity and respect.
• Follow labor laws and store policies.
