Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a motivated retail leader at our USA Marshalls Store 0152 in Greece, NY. You will oversee front-of-store operations, coach Associates, and promote loyalty programs to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities include training staff, coordinating register coverage, and ensuring adherence to policies while maintaining a safe store environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required.
• 6 months of leadership experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multitasking and adapting to changes.
• Understanding of merchandising techniques.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead by example for front-of-store operations.
• Train and mentor associates on front-end principles and customer interaction.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure adequate POS coverage.
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Support loyalty and credit programs and promote safety and policy adherence.
• Partner with management on training needs and labor law compliance.
