Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at Store 1566-The Shop at Coconut Point in Estero, FL. This role focuses on delivering personalized customer experiences, coaching associates, and supporting store operations in partnership with the Store Manager.

Ideal candidates bring retail sales experience, strong customer service, and the ability to manage tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. The position supports evenings, weekends, and holidays with growth opportunities within our brands.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to coach and develop teammates.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Support store leaders and collaborate with the Store Manager on operations.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and customer-focused initiatives.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and feedback to the team.
• Drive seamless omnichannel shopping by leveraging available tools.
