Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Youngstown‑Niles, OH is seeking a Store Team Member to help customers, locate products, and maintain a well‑stocked, attractive store.

You will process fast checkouts, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label programs, and assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). This role involves standing, lifting, and shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast and friendly checkout; handle cash to standards.
• Enroll customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Ensure in-stock store and merchandise recovery; support safety programs.
