Job summary

Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate at our Frackville, PA store to deliver a great shopping experience. Responsibilities include assisting customers, handling transactions at the register, stocking shelves, unloading trucks, and keeping the store clean and presentable.

We value high school diploma or equivalent, prior retail or service experience, and strong communication. Part-time role with opportunities to contribute to a friendly, safe, and productive store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as described.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Other duties as assigned*.
