Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a friendly shopping experience at Douglassville, PA. You will assist customers, manage transactions at the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and inviting.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and reliable, courteous service. Part-time hours offer exposure to a fast-paced retail environment with opportunities to grow within the store network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as described in the duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and rest areas
• Other duties as assigned*
