Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores in Bristol, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to help deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process transactions at the register, and keep the store stocked and orderly.

Core duties include unloading shipments, stocking shelves, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a safe, friendly store environment. You will collaborate with teammates and leaders to meet standards and assist customers with questions and recommendations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.

• Stock shelves and assist with receiving/unloading trucks.
