Dollar Tree, Inc. in Exton, Pennsylvania is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers, process sales at the register, and keep the store welcoming and orderly.

You will assist with merchandise receipts, stock replenishment, restroom and floor cleanliness, and support daily operations with a friendly, safe, and professional demeanor. Previous retail or service experience is preferred, and you should be able to follow instructions and work well in a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment in accordance with productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional and friendly interactions with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness throughout the store, including cleaning and restocking bathrooms, sweeping and mopping floors, taking out the trash, and ensuring all areas are neat and presentable.
