Job summary

Dollar Tree in Temple, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle cash transactions, restock shelves, and help unload merchandise while keeping the store clean and welcoming.

The role requires strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma or equivalent is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform repeated walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
