Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Oak Grove is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to support daily store operations, from merchandising to assisting customers. You will be cross-trained to handle cash registers and front-end duties as needed, while helping maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.

The role emphasizes excellent customer service, team collaboration, and adherence to safety and productivity standards, with duties spanning receiving, stocking, and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, unload trucks, and process freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandise and stock as needed; maintain store cleanliness including restrooms, floors, and trash.
• Provide a clean, welcoming environment and professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Manage sales transactions at the assigned cash register and protect company assets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
