Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Rosemount, MN is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to help with daily store operations, merchandising, and front-end support. You will be cross-trained to assist at the cash register and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.

You will interact with customers and teammates, handle transactions, protect cash assets, and perform duties as assigned, including stocking, cleaning, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, bending and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and teammates.
• Managing sales transactions while operating the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
