Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate II in Brooklyn Center, MN. You will support daily store operations, assist customers, and switch to front-end duties as needed, including cashier responsibilities and merchandising.

The role emphasizes a welcoming store environment, teamwork, and reliable service. You will lift items, stock shelves, and uphold safety and integrity across tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and perform frequent walking, standing, kneeling, and other movements.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• High level of integrity.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight in a safe manner in accordance with productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Assisting with cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions while working the cash register.
• Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
