Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience in various settings is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and endure frequent walking, standing, and bending.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.
• High level of integrity is required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, bathrooms, floors, and overall appearance.
• Maintaining a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Handling sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
