Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate in Raymond, NH for a part-time role. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and tidy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and coworkers.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Other duties as assigned.
