Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions, manage transactions at the register, and help keep the store clean and stocked.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking/standing.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment and professional interactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
