Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores is seeking a Customer Service Associate to provide a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, manage cash transactions, and help stock the store while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Responsibilities include unloading merchandise, replenishing shelves, and ensuring a neat and presentable store. Prior customer service experience is preferred, with ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods. Part-time roles may be available.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and team
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, restocking bathrooms, sweeping, mopping, taking out trash
• Perform other duties as assigned
