Family Dollar in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the cash register.

You will also maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, unload trucks, and ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and teammates. Strong communication and physical ability to lift 30–50 lbs are required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior customer service in retail or related fields preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
