Job summary

Family Dollar is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support daily store operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and help maintain a neat and secure store environment.

The role requires the ability to lift 30–50 lbs, stand and walk for extended periods, and follow store procedures with attention to detail. Prior retail or service experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
