Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC seeks a Customer Service Associate to deliver a helpful shopping experience in Mishawaka, IN. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and handle frequent walking, standing, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Process sales transactions at the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Stock and replenish merchandise
• Unload trucks and stock replenishment per productivity standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment
