Family Dollar Stores Of Indiana LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, process sales, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked.

Part-time role requiring strong communication and reliability. You will handle cash, stock shelves, and assist with unloading trucks while maintaining a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help unload trucks; stock replenishment.
