Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our Middletown store and deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep the store stocked and clean. Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lifting 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing and pulling.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect cash assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
