Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers at our store in Connecticut. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations and handle sales transactions at the register.

You will maintain store cleanliness, stock merchandise, unload deliveries, and ensure a safe, friendly environment. Strong communication and problem-solving are valued.

This is an entry-level role with opportunities to grow in retail operations and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail or service sectors preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical duties.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain store cleanliness and stocking.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading and stock replenishment.
• Protect cash and company assets.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
