Dollar Tree is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help stock the store while maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or customer service experience. The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate cash handling, and teamwork with store leadership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and colleagues.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store including bathrooms, floors, and trash areas.
• Other duties as assigned.
