Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail or related fields preferred
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent movement
• Excellent customer service and relationship skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations
• Manage sales transactions at cash register
• Maintain cash security and protect assets
• Keep store well-stocked and recover merchandise
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks
• Ensure clean, safe, and presentable store areas
• Perform other duties as assigned
