Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Retail or service experience in a relevant environment is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret procedures is required.
• Must be able to lift 30-50 lbs and withstand standing and walking.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills are required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions while working assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked, and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and help with unloading trucks, stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers, associates, and leaders.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and trash removal.
• Other duties as assigned.
