Job summary

Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, unload trucks, and maintain a clean, safe store.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service in retail or similar preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and meet physical demands.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Stock and replenish merchandise; unload trucks.
• Keep store clean and presentable, including bathrooms.
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with customers and staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
