Family Dollar Stores Of Ohio LLC in Boardman, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer. You will assist customers with questions and recommendations, and manage sales transactions at the cash register.

You’ll help keep the store stocked and clean, unload trucks, rebalance stock, and ensure a safe, friendly environment. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect assets.
• Stock replenishment and merchandise recovery.
• Receive merchandise and unload trucks.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
