Job summary

Michaels in Cleveland, TN is seeking a customer-service oriented team member to assist customers, operate the checkout, and enroll shoppers in the Rewards program. You will also help with merchandising, store recovery, and omni-channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

The role requires standing, moving around the store, and adhering to SOPs and safety guidelines in a busy retail environment. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are possible.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and help locate products.

• Assist with BOPIS/SFS and store processes.
