Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to engage customers.
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support store needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to adapt to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Works well with peers and supervisors; team-oriented.
• Retail customer experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers and associates.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe store environment.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts and follow policies.
• Other duties as assigned to support business needs.
