Marshalls at TJX Companies is looking for team members to deliver excellent customer experiences in a fast-paced retail setting. You will engage with customers, maintain a clean store, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards to ensure a welcoming environment.

The role emphasizes strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to changing store needs. Prior retail experience is preferred and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.

• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer according to established procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Keeps merchandising standards and follows procedures for preparing merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
