Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking team members for a day shift (12 PM–5 PM) to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will engage with customers, process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and maintain clean, organized store standards in a fast-paced off-price retail environment.

The role requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and a willingness to adapt to changing directions.

Qualifications

• Possesses excellent customer service skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
• Works effectively with peers and supervisors
• Retail customer experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team
• Support a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor according to procedures
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day
• Adhere to labor laws, policies, and safety procedures
• Assist in shrink reduction programs and safety awareness
