Job summary

TJ Maxx in Frisco, TX is seeking an energetic retail associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences across our off-price stores. You’ll be part of a vibrant team connected to TJX’s global family, with opportunities to grow within TJX’s network of brands.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, processing transactions, promoting credit/loyalty programs, and keeping the store clean and well organized in a fast-paced environment. Starting pay is between $13.00 and $13.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Retail customer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers and upholding customer experience principles.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash according to procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising philosophy and store standards.
• Keeps sales floor clean, organized, and safe; participates in store recovery as needed.
