Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience through engagement with all customers and adherence to customer experience principles.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment; follow operating procedures for merchandise and loss prevention.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following standards.
• Support store recovery and upkeep throughout the day; assist in safety and labor compliance.
• Contribute to shrink reduction goals and participate in safety initiatives.
