Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand long periods and lift heavy boxes.
• Operate cash register and complete transactions to standards.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with accurate cash handling.
• Engage customers in rewards program enrollments and private label card offers.
• Educate customers on the VOC survey and omnichannel processes (BOPIS, SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain in-stock store through merchandise recovery and backroom duties.
