Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our store team in Yadkinville, NC. You will assist customers, operate the register, stock shelves, receive merchandise, and help unload trucks while maintaining store safety and cleanliness.

Strong communication, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs are important. Part-time hours, friendly team, and training are provided to support excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail/service experience preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks; stock replenishment.
