Job summary

Dollar Tree in Bermuda Run, NC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a helpful shopping experience. You will assist customers, run the register, stock shelves, unload trucks, and keep the store clean and organized.

This part-time position requires good communication, reliability, and the ability to lift 30–50 lbs. Previous retail or service experience is preferred; training is provided to help you thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in customer service in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lifts 30–50 lbs and performs frequent walking, standing, bending, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Stock shelves, recover merchandise, unload trucks, and replenish stock.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and store floors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
