Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Conover, North Carolina, to deliver a friendly shopping experience. You’ll assist customers with questions and recommendations and help process sales at the register.

Responsibilities include stocking and merchandising, unloading trucks, maintaining clean and presentable areas, and upholding safety and respectful interactions with customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail or service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and read operating documents.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations at the register.
• Manage sales transactions and operate assigned cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise, unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the store and restrooms; ensure neat, presentable areas.
