Job summary

Family Dollar is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle sales at the register, and help stock shelves while keeping the store clean and secure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or grocery is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents is required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, and bending.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Process sales transactions at the assigned cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise as needed.
• Receive merchandise and assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
