Job summary

Dollar Tree is hiring a Customer Service Associate to provide a positive shopping experience in our Palatka, FL store. You will assist customers, handle transactions at the register, and help keep shelves stocked and the store clean.

The role requires strong customer service skills, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and reliable teamwork to support store operations. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and engagement with customers daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail customer service experience in related settings preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and handle frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect company assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive merchandise and stock replenishment per productivity standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
