You may be cross-trained across areas to support the business and help drive loyalty programs, merchandising standards, and safe operations. Starting pay ranges from $13.50 to $14.00 per hour, with room for growth and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Model customer experience practices with customers.
• Promote a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Ring purchases/returns accurately per procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor readiness.
• Process and prepare merchandise for sale floor.
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness.
• Support safety and loss prevention programs.
