Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Member to engage customers and fellow team members, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

No prior experience is required; basic reading/writing skills are necessary. The role involves flexible shifts, cash handling, maintenance, and assisting customers throughout the store to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.

Qualifications

• No experience required. Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required. Regardless of education level, Team Members must be able to read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts and varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver legendary customer service through GURA: Greet, uncover needs, recommend products, add value, and show appreciation.
• Operate cash register and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Complete merchandising tasks: plan-o-grams, assemble merchandise, perform price changes/markdowns.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
