Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking Team Members to engage customers, support selling initiatives and perform varied tasks to deliver a Legendary Customer Experience.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking and merchandising, loading purchases for customers, and maintaining safety with poultry areas. No experience is required; a high school diploma is preferred. Working conditions include varied shifts in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail or farming knowledge preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Read, write and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register following cash handling procedures.
• Recovery of merchandise and participate in mandatory freight process.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Assemble merchandise and perform janitorial duties.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a legendary experience.
• Ensure safe handling of birds and maintain poultry areas as required.
• Complete all documentation for the listed duties.
