Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Member to interact with customers and teammates, support selling initiatives, and complete assigned tasks while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience. You will contribute to a welcoming store environment, help maintain merchandise, and assist customers with loading purchases.

Shifts vary, and you may work some nights and weekends. No experience required; high school diploma preferred.

Qualifications

• Retail or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Interpersonal skills with ethical conflict resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, including nights and weekends.
• Deliver Legendary Customer Service using GURA: Greet, Uncover needs, Recommend solutions, Add value.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Stock and merchandise recovery and plan-o-grams; assemble merchandise.
• Perform janitorial duties and safety-related tasks.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and ensure a Legendary shopping experience.
• Ensure safe handling of birds and poultry; care for holding tanks.
