Qualifications

• Experience: No experience required; retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, but not required; read, write and count accurately.
• Reading, writing and counting accuracy are essential across daily tasks.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and provide Legendary Customer Experience.
• Complete merchandising tasks, plan-o-grams and price changes as directed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper handling of birds/poultry.
