Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Customer Service oriented Team Member to assist customers, process transactions, and support store operations. You will help with stocking, merchandising, and safety while delivering a Legendary Customer Experience.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, and the ability to read, write, and count accurately are essential for this role. Experience in rural/farm retail is a plus in our community-focused store.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail, farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is a plus.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist customers with loading purchases and answering questions.
• Recover merchandise and participate in freight processes.
• Complete Plan-o-gram procedures and merchandising tasks.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, including poultry areas when needed.
